FRANKLIN, TN (June 9, 2010) – In their June 2010 issue of “Spirit” Magazine, Southwest Airlines highlighted Puckett’s Grocery & Restaurant as one of Nashville’s most savory local eateries to check out “while you’re in town.” The issue, which highlights the best food, music, lodging, and entertainment in Nashville, is available on all Southwest Airlines flights this month. Puckett’s upcoming location in downtown Nashville is emphasized in the publication as “the next big thing” that has “locals practically salivating.” “We’ve already had multiple customers visit because they saw the article on their flight into Nashville for CMA week,” says Puckett’s owner Andy Marshall. “We’re grateful to have been selected for the issue and are enjoying meeting new friends from all over the U.S. because of it.” Marshall also points out in the issue that Puckett’s appeals to locals and tourists alike, not to mention some of Music City’s biggest stars. “Nashville has a lot of great restaurants, but nothing like what we are trying to do,” says Marshall. “We fill a gap between fine dining and quick service.” ### ABOUT PUCKETT'S GROCERY & RESTAURANT Rob Robinson and his family now own the Leiper's Fork location, while the Marshall family plans to expand into the Downtown Nashville community, set to open in the fall of 2010. |
